I mean, to be perfectly fair, anybody WOULD seem bold compared to Yokrio and people ARE pretty awful.

You know, he hasn't been as cowardly in this one. He actually stood his ground when the girls broke into his house. :P
(so mean, so mean!)

Is Tatsuma going to bring up some environmental stuff here with people cutting down forests and all that being why she maybe hates humans?

At least Sikue seems interested in at least trying to understand people before passing full on judgment.

Hmm, Tatsuma's respect for life is questionable, overall. Your question may be answered soon.

I really like how cynical Tatsuma is (or appears to be) I bring up the "poison" metaphor again xD really solid contrast to Sikue. And Yok's right, pretty sure misanthropy was coined by a human!

I'm glad the contrast is coming across :D
And you bring up a good point. Humans are pretty good at hating themselves, haha! I didn't realize Yokiro's comment could be interpreted that way.

I realize Tatsuma means "humans", but "people" can really refer to anything.

"People" generally refers to humans, though it's been used for fellow beings you can communicate with (like elves and dwarfs in a fantasy setting). I think it works in this context, but correct me if I'm mistaken.

There are some pretty nice people too.

Definitely. You probably side more with Yokiro on this topic. :D
